SV	Van de kinderen van Ruben, en van de Gadieten, en van den halven stam van Manasse, van de strijdbaarste mannen, schild en zwaard dragende, en den boog spannende, en ervaren in den krijg, waren vier en veertig duizend zevenhonderd en zestig, uitgaande in het heir.

Trans.	bənê-rə’ûḇēn wəḡāḏî w^aḥăṣî šēḇeṭ-mənaššeh min-bənê-ḥayil ’ănāšîm nōśə’ê māḡēn wəḥereḇ wəḏōrəḵê qešeṯ ûləmûḏê miləḥāmâ ’arəbā‘îm wə’arəbā‘â ’elef ûšəḇ^a‘-mē’wōṯ wəšiššîm yōṣə’ê ṣāḇā’:

AC	יח בני ראובן וגדי וחצי שבט מנשה מן בני חיל אנשים נשאי מגן וחרב ודרכי קשת ולמודי מלחמה--ארבעים וארבעה אלף ושבע מאות וששים יצאי צבא
ASV	The sons of Reuben, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot with bow, and skilful in war, were forty and four thousand seven hundred and threescore, that were able to go forth to war.
BE	There were forty-four thousand, seven hundred and sixty of the sons of Reuben and of the Gadites and of the half-tribe of Manasseh, all strong men, expert in the use of the body-cover, the sword, and the bow, and in the art of war, all able to take up arms.
Darby	The children of Reuben and the Gadites and half the tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men who carried shield and sword, drawing the bow and skilful in war, were forty-four thousand seven hundred and sixty, able to go forth to war.
